A child in the age group of 6 to 14 years shall be considered as out of school OoSc if he/she has never been enrolled in a primary school or if enrolled, he/she has been absent for a period of 45 days or more due to any reason and without prior notice.To identify OoSC children, the survey team will go door to door and will enter the children in this application.
This will make it easier to identify and monitor such children.6 से 14 आयु वर्ग के बच्चे को स्कूल से बाहर OoSC माना जाएगा यदि उसे कभी भी प्राथमिक विद्यालय में नामांकित नही किया गया है या यदि नामांकन किया गया है लेकिन नामांकन के बाद 45 दिनों या उससे अधिक की अवधि के लिए बिना किसी कारण एवम पूर्व सूचना के अनुपस्थित रहा है।ऐसे बच्चों की पहचान के लिए घर घर सर्वे टीम जायेगी और बच्चों की प्रविष्ठि इस एप्लीकेशन में करेगी। इससे ऐसे बच्चों की पहचान और मॉनिटरिंग आसान होगी
